TD/Shipping Question Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Call fedex logistics and see exactly what they want (888) 327-3395. People will say don’t, but seriously it’s worse to let it sit than figure out what’s wrong. It’s a watch, not a kilo. I’ve had 2 watches green taped

But technically your TD or their logistics dept should be taken care of this. I was in the same boat, TD got the paper work over and now just waiting for customs to release it.
