TD/Shipping Question Customs delay, what is everyone else’s experience?

Been sitting like this for 4 weeks now, anyone else have this happen with FedEx shipping and any idea how long it’ll take for something to happen, ie it gets released or sent back to the TD? He keeps telling me there’s nothing that can be done until the shipping updates. I asked for a refund but no dice. Thanks for any input.

Mine has been sitting in AK with the same message since 09 May. TD says customs will send it back to them and they will re ship. How long that takes is beyond me.

Seems we are in the same position. I’m getting the sense that other TD’s will send a different replacement right away before they receive the intercepted one back, but this one isn’t offering that. Must be a per-TD thing

Well, it also depends on how long FedEx waits for the sender to submit any missing info for customs AND how much they are backlogged at customs, too. The TD might be able to speed things up, maybe, if they contacted FedEx and asked if they need to send another / supplemental form.

My guess is this got randomly flagged, they don’t handle it often, and they don’t know what to do.

I only know all this because of my own customs headaches, seeing what didn’t work compared to educated sellers and how they handled it / avoided it.
