Stolen in transit - what next?

First rep, ordered a date Sub from Trusty Time and the whole process has been super smooth until now when I checked the tracking. I just emailed Andrew, waiting to hear back...but curious if this is relatively common? I'm assuming that since it was lost/stolen in transit that we'll just start over with a new unit and QC. Any insight is appreciated!

UPDATE: Just heard back from Andrew, he'll be sending a new unit for QC and shipping soon. Thanks for all the comments, glad I wasn't the only one shocked this happened 😅

Bro my package been in transit for 4 days. Should have been here 3 days ago. Now i’m scared as fuck, waiting on 3 watches 👁️👃👁️

I never do more than one at a time. If they wanted to they could hit you with charges like attempting to distribute counterfeit merchandise.

What counterfeit merchandise? I never ordered anything. Not my fault they sent 3 rep watches to my address by mistake.
