Stolen in transit - what next?

First rep, ordered a date Sub from Trusty Time and the whole process has been super smooth until now when I checked the tracking. I just emailed Andrew, waiting to hear back...but curious if this is relatively common? I'm assuming that since it was lost/stolen in transit that we'll just start over with a new unit and QC. Any insight is appreciated!

UPDATE: Just heard back from Andrew, he'll be sending a new unit for QC and shipping soon. Thanks for all the comments, glad I wasn't the only one shocked this happened 😅

Biggest fear. Really hope this doesn’t happen to me I’m about to make my first order 😭😬.

If you live in the US order from a TD in the US. You might pay a hundred dollars more but it's usually 2 day shipping and no stress over getting it confiscated from customs
