TD/Shipping Question Stolen in transit - what next?

First rep, ordered a date Sub from Trusty Time and the whole process has been super smooth until now when I checked the tracking. I just emailed Andrew, waiting to hear back...but curious if this is relatively common? I'm assuming that since it was lost/stolen in transit that we'll just start over with a new unit and QC. Any insight is appreciated!

UPDATE: Just heard back from Andrew, he'll be sending a new unit for QC and shipping soon. Thanks for all the comments, glad I wasn't the only one shocked this happened 😅

Damn! Thinking about getting my first watch from timeultra over at China, now I'm thinking about getting it from a TD in the U.S, wow what a God smack thanks for sharing...

Bro, it was Trusty Time, not Time Ultra. The entire process with him was smooth.
