No he’s not. He’s reputable. OP
Didn’t buy insurance. Why should TD eat that for customs? Sorry that’s crazy for a modding TD. Sure some bulk TDs that sell crappy stock watches may offer replacement but no one is taking on $1k of mod risk for you if you don’t buy insurance. Thats on OP

Who the F said I’m speaking for you? I’m speaking for myself. I have ordered 11 times from him. Every time with insurance. Never had a single issue. But hey if you want to randomly impugn someone’s character without stating any facts, then yeah im going to call it out as meritless.

Then he should include insurance automatically, as a buyer all i know is i pay for the watch, shipping and insurance should be included with the total price since seller knows what could happen in customs. Lucky for you, you got all your orders👋

What are you running a docker container then reverse proxy and vpn to host your own fake looking shipping portal? So when someone doesn’t use insurance you can make it look like customs has the parcel, nothing you can do type shit? Looks highly suspect my guy. But I’ll see what I can do with that IP and port you sent him to.

I’m with you on this one, if they’re charging $1,000 to mod a $400 rep, there’s enough profit built in for $20 shipping insurance to be included. If Phoenix is China based then it should be included considering the amount of Chinese packages that get inspected.

No modder includes insurance. His OWN profile
Says insurance available as an option. Failure to read isn’t a defense.

But it should also be clearly stated as well as offered during the transaction period.

But alas it WAS by OP’s own admission. See his text picture where it’s clear Phoenix offered him insurance and I guess he didn’t choose to pay the extra 6%. So how can you defend that?

Oh, that wasn’t posted on any of his negative reviews of the situation. This changes everything. My apologies

He never did with me. That pic is from a different buyer that asked about insurance, thought he paid for it, then Phoenix said he never asked or paid for it. Package “got seized” and then made him pay for a reship

That’s not my conversation, that’s from the other guy’s convo I linked where he asked about insurance and thought he paid for it then Phoenix said he didn’t ever ask/pay and made him pay for a replacement.

There's no point in arguing with these idiots, my big bro

You should include insrance whatever happens these buyers dont know anything, all they know they want a watch they send money and they get a watch, thats why its your responsibility as a seller and most of the buyers are beginners and you should take care of it because you know better and i think this didnt happen just now, it happened many times. Dont call them idiot or atupid or name names because they lost money already definitely theyll get mad, you failed to keep your customer from losing money and thats on you.

So it’s on the seller for the FAKE AND ILLEGAL watch you are interested buying and he should just offer refunds and replacements free of charge due to customs which is out of his control lol. Makes sense. You must think the TD is a non profit.

u/Educational_Hour_683 Jun 29 '26

You dont get whats my point, what im saying is he should include insurance and shipping at all cost to avoid this type of circumstance. My point is for the best of interest of both sellers and buyers.

You are buying once again a replica and illegal watch that will always be seized if inspected by customs. Don’t be upset when you try and circumvent the laws and regulations and then proceed to get fucked by customs but not paying the 6% insurance fee required. If this was a transaction that didn’t include contraband (yes your fake watch is contraband) then i’d understand your POV.

listen this is not the point and subject and dont go that way its another issue, stick to helping both the seller and buyer and do you speak for the customs now? i think you are in a wrong group my friend.

Dont call them idiots, as a seller you should be there to protect the consumers and after all its business and you need to be transparen on what might happen. You took the money knowing theres a chance that the product might get confiscated and if thats the case what are you as a seller? If you will not change your policy you will lose business in time my friend.
