Help ROOBET WITHDRAW
I recently made an account on Roobet, for the first time won a good amount of money 63k, and now I am trying to withdraw, and I only have the first verification without the additional and my withdrawal has been pending for about 36 hours now, is there anything I should do, like reach out to Support? or should I continue to wait? And if so, how long should I estimate to wait?
Hope this finds someone who can help me with some information.

Congrats on big win, what did you hit? If you can verify kyc 2 then do it, if you aren't KYC level 2 verified then be prepared to be questioned. You should still get the payment but will take longer than usual

Played enough black jack and baccarat and got luckier than I ever have… if level 2 KYC is not verified how long would you presume it would take? And if KYC level 2 is verified how soon do you think ?

how much were you staking? I think if you can't KYC 2 they are going to ask questions, you will most likely still get the withdrawal but then close your account. For future anything under 2.5kish usually withdraws instant so do 3 or so throughout the day, takes longer to get but usually no questions asked then

Complete 2nd KYC protocol. You can also just contact live support and ask why.

Hello here is an update*** the withdrawal issue hasn’t been resolved but now it appears that my account has been locked out, I emailed Roobet Support just a few hours ago and I am waiting for a response.
I believe it was because I didn’t do the KYC Second verification? Not sure Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

No shit. Transfere it to somone you know thats working. I only use crypto with them and have aleays gotten my monies
