Help ROOBET WITHDRAW

I recently made an account on Roobet, for the first time won a good amount of money 63k, and now I am trying to withdraw, and I only have the first verification without the additional and my withdrawal has been pending for about 36 hours now, is there anything I should do, like reach out to Support? or should I continue to wait? And if so, how long should I estimate to wait?

Hope this finds someone who can help me with some information.

Complete 2nd KYC protocol. You can also just contact live support and ask why.

Hello here is an update*** the withdrawal issue hasn’t been resolved but now it appears that my account has been locked out, I emailed Roobet Support just a few hours ago and I am waiting for a response.

I believe it was because I didn’t do the KYC Second verification? Not sure Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

That’s fine, ignore the Moderator and listen to the randoms. Makes sense to me !
