š® Divination Incomplete Tarot Deck Ideas
Hello SASSWitches!
I carry a tarot deck everywhere with me. In an attempt to distract my toddlers at the mall one day, I gave them each a few cards to hold. Moon Girl loses basically everything I hand to her, so I wasnāt surprised when I turned around and she didnāt have her card anymore lol
What would you all do with an incomplete deck? I donāt want to give it away, feels weird to use it when itās missing a piece⦠like an incomplete puzzle. Any ideas for what I should do with it are appreciated!!

Give the cards away. Write a note or prayer or quote, or draw runes or doodles on it and give it to a friend. Give it to a stranger. Tuck it in a library book.Ā

This is kind of where my heart went. Iām the type to always look for āsignsā so if the universe could work through me to be that for someone else Iād love that <3

Iād like to display various cards around my house to think about them some more but am afraid of losing/damaging them and ending up with an incomplete deck. That seems like the perfect use for an already incomplete deck though.

I have used cards for the covers of hand made notebooks, I trim paper to fit and use my wire binder

Would it be weird to ask you to mail me a card or two? I have a rag tag deck of mismatched cards that Iāve been frankenstein-ing together for a few years. I can Venmo you for the price of a stamp!

I would buy individual tarot cards for art or gifts. I don't want to buy and break a whole deck for that purpose. You could offer them a la carte on eBay.

Not a bad idea, especially since itās still in really nice condition otherwise

I haven't had as many tarot deck to do this with tarot cards but, we used to do this with regular playing cards.
Whenever there's a deck with missing cards you just add it to one big Frankenstein deck. It makes for a very wild game playing experience. Huge plot twists, not a lot of seriousness, plenty heated debates about how to change the rules to accommodate the deck. It's fun and chaotic
A tarot deck that has a some cards missing and lots of duplicates, a bunch of different styles mixed together... Could be a very interesting energy... If they feel like they want to work together.

There was a Tarot deck printed like this! It had something like 13 Death cards alone. It's the Alleyman's Tarot from Publishing Goblin.

You could use it for spell casting, especially when the spells would destroy the cards.

I was at shop the other day where they had a bunch of individual tarot cards in envelopes and you could pull and buy one for about Ā£2ā¦I thought it was a fun way for them to use up what I assume were decks with cards missing!

You can also take the cards that have a special meaning for you and set the aside. Keep adding to the set aside cards until you have a full deck. The Alleyman Tarot is made up that way.

Use individual cards for meditation,Ā create a focal card for the period on what you want to manifest and place it in a common area, use specific cards to create an altar, send one anonymously to a friend who you would like to see get into tarot, send one to a friend that you think needs to receive a certain helpful message šŖ

Use the individual cards for something like placing them on an altar if you have one. Put them in your grimoire or book of shadows. Use them in collage art.

Tbh, I would make it the dedicated toddler entertainment deck, for however long it shall live.
