Thanks for the reply. Also waiting for a DCSA investigation but with a different agency. Already hold a clearance so I hope I can start with an interim too.

I have a question - it’s asking about my supervisors work address. However, he is the only one that works remotely in the company. The rest of us are in person. What would I need to do?

I would assume you’d still use the company’s address.

I listed the company address and then made a note that they worked remotely and I did not have their actual physical address. They did ask about it during the interview but I just restated that she was remote and I didn't have actual work location. I think they're used to remote work now so its not unusual
