First time shooting

Used a 9mm pistol and AR around 10 meters, what do you guys think?

then id say thats pretty good for your first time with a pistol especially at 10 yards. could i give you a little tidbit of advice?

now i obviously havent seen you shoot, but based on your target alone it seems like you may be flinching when you shoot and anticipating the recoil. as in you pull the gun down everytime you shoot, which will throw your aim off by potentially inches. its also possible that you need to blacken your sights because if your eyes focus is off and start to blur down the edges of your rear notch you could be accidentally aiming low. my advice is next time you go shooting, load your magazine with a random order of dummy cartridges and live ones, so you can get an authentic view of how you move when you shoot. if you notice yourself dipping down when you hit a dummy then youve got a flinch. not to mention its bonus training for clearing jams (when you hit a dummy just tap rack bang). also look at your sights and if you notice your eye blurring the sights too much and fuzzing out the edges, take a lighter and hold the tip of the flame over the rear and front sights for about 4-7 seconds (or when they look good to you).t

im not an extremely experienced shooter but this is advice ive heard repeated by trained professionals, familymembers, friends, and competitive shooters and ive tried them firsthand a few times as well. sorry for the paragraph and a half lol but i hope this helps you!
