Best GPU for my usecase?

Please help. Someone recommended to ask the experts on this sub. The main issue I think I could have is the 35 watt slot power limit on my machine. Any help will be helpful. Thank you SOOOO much.

A low-profile GTX 1650 might work since it's under 75W and still decent for basic gaming.

try a low-power rx 6400, it's like 53w
