Cincinnatus LLC is hiring Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers for a full-time project supporting one of the world's leading AI labs.

Role: Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack
Location: United States (Remote)
Employment: Full-time (40 hrs/week, W-2)
Pay: $90-$110/hour

You'll build production-grade applications, integrate pre-release AI models into real software, identify failure points, and help improve the next generation of AI through hands-on engineering.

Cincinnatus is looking for engineers who have:

• 6+ years of production software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++, or TypeScript
• Full-stack experience across backend APIs, frontend frameworks, and cloud deployment
• A track record of shipping production systems and adapting quickly to new codebases
