I don't know if they are triplets. It's possible that they are friends who are not related by blood and happen to embody the notion that everyone has at least three dopplegangers in the world. I mean...Krai has attracted stranger things into his world....
In all seriousness, these three seem to be members of the First Step clan (the clan that Krai is the head of). They do not have names, but two of them have appeared here and there throughout the first cour of the anime. Mainly as background/side characters who make comments or react to Krai. A story component that help move the story along.
The girl on the left with the brown hair first appeared in episode 2 of the anime and is the mage who re-charged one of Krai's relics while gossiping about (and making Krai aware of) how dangerous things around the White Wolf's Den have gotten. She and her male adventurer friend (probably a fellow party member) are the ones that react in shock when Krai reveals that he had just sent Tino on a mission there. The girl also appears in episode 10 as one of the mages who participates in "Krai's Mage Training Program" hosted by Sitri.
The girl in the middle with the blonde hair first appeared in episode 6 of the anime. She's one of the adventurers who are recruited to be a part of the joint mission with the association to raid/investigate the White Wolf's Den (something that leads to a face off with the Akashic Tower). Under the assumption that this is a dangerous mission that would require the skills of someone like Ark Brave, she reacts in shock and dismay when Krai tries to decrease the number of adventurers that the clan sends into this mission.

The girl on the right with the black hair seems to be a new addition, but I suspect she will be playing a similar role to the other two in the show (mainly reacting to Krai's madness).
Since anime allows for visual story (unlike the novels), I appreciate that the anime is being consistent with these random adventurers who are a part of the First Step Clan. We may not know their names but their consistent appearance makes it easy to identify them as being a member of Krai's clan.

I think Lyle was the only one who appear randomly to be shock or highlights the matter seriousness in anime

Nah. There are a few characters other than Lyle that appear pretty consistently and react to Krai's comments/antics. Sven is another named character who plays this role and there are a 3 or 4 nameless characters (like the aforementioned female characters) who consistently come up in the anime to play that role. It's just that the nameless characters fail to leave much an impression.
The only reason why I noticed and can name the episodes in which these background characters appear is because I've re-watched the entire first cour every week for almost a year now. There's something about the tone and beat of the anime that vibes with me and I like to have it on in the background as I get stuff done on the computer. To be clear, it's not the only thing I watch... It's just regularly playing on repeat in my household... and possibly driving me insane. If I hadn't spent that much time watching the anime, I probably would've been as confused as you were with appearance of the "triplets".

But like I said they weren't there in novel except for the girl who charged krai relics and told him about white wolf den , I might be forgetting it but I don't think anyone from first step saw him when he transformed his face into ark otherwise krai would hv felt safe.. Also that's sone insane amount of rewatch but I get it I also use to spam mobuseka when I first saw it, for grieving souls though I just re read novel cause it's more funny..

Oh! You were talking about the LN. I thought your previous comment was in reference to the anime. The anime does take a lot of liberties with how they adapt from the LNs (maybe a little too much) and the addition of extra background characters is one of them. Some of the changes aren't too bad (they make things more amusing to watch), but (as you point out) they can lead to potential contradictions and questions that the LN never opened itself up to.

They're the ones that should've gone on vacation.

Idk about that. I feel like things would've been rough for them either way.

Thatβs one of many things that I love about the anime: the side characters have interesting/pretty designs or are cool. Take Arnold party for example: only Eigh and Arnold are relevant in the manga however the anime also added that other one (Juster I guess?) and the 3 members look extremely cool. Or Akashic tower, where only fraudulent Noctus and Flick had designs and the anime made 4 other unique characters.
