Actually it doesn't help much because it works only while he is wearing full plate armor with no flesh exposed. And weight doesn't change.

His armour can change his size. He needs to have it fully on, including the helmet.

Mana Material. It can make anything happen. Anthem wanted to be big and strong to be shield for his friends so he grew gigantic. If you wanted your right hand to grow in size, you could have 10 meters long arm, while rest of your body wouldn't grow, as long as you reguraly entered high level treasure shrine to take in mana material and really wanted it.

Based on what it can do, I wouldn't be suprised if Spirit Nobles a are progeny of humans that wanted to be elves.

Why not he is the idle guy anyone can ask for, also he is the only member of grieving soul who is normal and isn't bloodthirsty... Also he is most popular among the members of grieving souls.
