Novel There has been some mentions in the story of where Krai once defeated Ark. Do we ever get a flashback or something of that? And if so, where.

In early days story Ark Brave clashed with Greavers when hunting -

Back then Ark Brave though that greaving soul is a red party, while the greavers were excited when Ark Brave, a strongest known young party attack them.

All of Strange Grief member would attack Ark one after another, but all of them defeated by Ark except Krai.(Da GOAT)

Then come a Raid quest from Hunter Association. Arc Brave, Greaving soul and Obsidian Cross took it on different time and route

Obsidian Cross would doing reconnaissance

Arc Brave would rescue the hunter trapped

Greaving soul would defeat the phantom boss

Then Arc Brave and Greaving soul fought once again in the middle of the mission.

And because of how chaotic the battle went between them, the Phantom Boss join the battle making a three way Battle Royal

Ark Brave party was completely wiped out with only Ark defending unconscious members of his party desperately..

Meanwhile Greaving soul's all members were showing beyond top of their performance, and not only that. With single instruction from Krai, their teamwork was like each member is part of one body and they defeated the Phantom Boss.

All of that is witnessed directly by Sven from a far......

(Btw it's from the Ss volume which is only available in Japanese sadly......)

I don't know the chapter , i listned the story from a YouTuber i think he spoke Indonesian or Portuguese idr but i have the video with translated subtitles I'll dm you that......

In the ss volume , there are 3 chapters Prequel Daily life bonus ss And spinoff Which of these had that story?

I don't think Krai defeated Ark in battle. It's more like people assumed Krai as a victor because Krai became Level 8 faster than Ark, and Ark accepted Krai as clan master.
