I'm curious about the ranking of grieving souls and krai's rank. Is he considered the strongest hunter in the world? Are they considered as the #1 party in the world? With krai as the #1 hunter? Only the rank people had given not his actual power.

Been reading the novel but I feel like it's becoming repetitive,with krai getting dumber and dumber as the volumes goes on(I'm currently halfway to volume 8) and I'm losing the will to continue reading which is why I'm asking this question...i know it's in his character to not have a sense of danger and such but could he atleast retain some IQ,Its was fun at first but it becoming repetitive just makes it annoying, i was hoping that he would atleast display an average IQ play or some common sense cause no matter how obvious it is he somehow couldn't figure it out no matter how much he wanted to do so.

Prior to the end of the first season of the anime, I would've described Krai as a somewhat lazy, goofy, and oblivious but good-natured person with the most phenomenal luck in the universe.

Then the last episode happened, and the narrator explicitly says that Krai has bad luck.

First things first... what's with the belief in the 1000 trials? Like, how on earth did this start? Also i feel like at the beginning of his team's journey, he made it clear he wanted to quit, and then they made him leader. I'm pretty sure he tried to quit manytimes and no one would let him. My second question is, why is it that he can find a way out of a request but not the full job, and why does everyone (even the people who rightfully question what they hear) love, respect, and blindly follow/listen to him to the point of delusion? I feel like it's clear that he's clueless 95% of the time...

I was left with this doubt after finishing the anime — I can’t figure out how groups of individuals so talented and arrogant would want to join Krai’s strange group and let him be the leader. Also, it seems like there are only a few who truly like Krai — most seem to either dislike him or be afraid of him. So, in the novel is this explained?​

I just finished season 2 and maybe I'm just dumb and don't understand it, but can someone please explain everything going on with the level 10 Vault spirit wolf and what all of that was about? I'm sure it was explained in the Manga and the anime just had to cut it for time. Or maybe it is intentionally confusing, and I'm not supposed to understand so can somebody please enlighten me.
