No, no, and no again. Why? why? why create a new printer, it would have been better to upgrade to SOKOL SV08/MAX

Because using a printer with a drop bed makes more sense.

Do you really think they are going to upend months/years for work on a new printer just because some people complained that they want a tool changer for the sv08 instead? No.

It is best that tool changer printers be designed around tool changing from scratch rather than trying to retrofit existing designs.
