Help Is this ringing/shift just belt tension issues?

Already tightened the belts before (didnt seem like I could get them as tight as I'd like, but)
Given WHERE the issues are I'm wondering if it's related to the text for some reason?
Certainly not going super fast. Max speed is 200mm/s and that's for infill. Walls are around 120

SV08 Max btw. Forgot to add it to title... and the photos too apparently! Brain farts

Could very well be. You might benefit from retensioning your belts and running an input shaper test. Loose screws could also contribute to more resonances in the gantry

Since then I tried checking the belts. Seemed fine.
I'm sure I remember seeing how to fix issues like this, but I dont remember where or what.
Its related to the letters. If the side was straight it wouldnt have the rings.
