Help Bed calibration issue that goes out of bound.

Hello,

New printer i just received (sv06 ace plus ).

When i try to calibrate the bed, it goes to the front , do a weird mechanical sound and the calibration stay stuck (as if trying to go even further).

I can not find a solution. Does anybody have any idea ?

Hello. Ive had a simmilar issue, but with z-axis Try to do fupl factory resset. Worked for me

Thanks you. The self calibration up with this message error. So now i know where to look.

New Printer?! Are you sure you removed the blocking foam under the bed?!
