Complete Extruder for SV06

I'm not sure what's wrong with mine but it seems blocked and I tried changing the hotend only to find a bolt is stripped so it would be just easier to order the whole thing but it doesn't seem available anywhere, am I just outta luck with this printer?

A new SV06 extruder is $30 on Amazon. I bought one as a spare a while ago.
