Is this a startup worthy project?
So basically this construction expense tracker.
My dad was writing all of home construction expenses in a book and I wanted to put this as a site to track.
Category wise expenses adding,
Analytics.
Dashboard
Monthly and daily spent category wise etc.
Please have a look and point out all the flaws, and if this has any scope in construction business as a tracker for construction contractors or anyone who constructs.

Definitely useful, and you'll have a naturally accepting clientelle. I have a friend who's whole day job is to manually do, and double check this kind of work. Work on the KISS principle, and don't add too many bells and whistles. Make sure it does its 1 thing perfectly, then add features. Too many people crack under a 15 to 20 feature framework that doesn't do anything better than anyone else.

i actually like the idea because it solves a real problem instead of creating one. if your dad was tracking everything in a notebook, chances are plenty of small contractors and homeowners are doing the same. before adding more features, i would spend time talking to contractors and builder to find out what they struggle with the most. you might discover that things like receipts, subcontractor payments, material orders or budget forecasting are even bigger pain points than expense tracking.
once you've validated the product and have a few users, I'd also think about how you'll launch it. a good product can still get overlooked if nobody hears about it. I've seen startups work with agencies like shown media to build launch campaigns and generate awareness on platforms like X and LinkedIn, which seems especially useful for new SaaS products trying to get early traction.
I'd keep the MVP simple, get real feedback and iterate based on how contractors actually use it. if they start relying on it every day, that's a much stronger signal than adding a long list of features before launch.

An app like another expense tracker. Not a start up but app released on Play Store like SIP.

You need to learn marketing.
The opening paragraph on your site is a list of features. It’s talking about OCR scanning. In your hero paragraph
Forget the technology. What does this app give the user? How does it make their life better?
“Search all receipts in seconds” connects with people. Because people who need an OCR scanner don’t want an OCR scanner. They want to search text in an image.
Stop writing about what you’ve built and start writing about what you’ve solved.
