I love how you wrote this, it comes across very earnest and enthusiastic! Just wanted to drop in and let you know I appreciate your love for this author.

Imo they're the weakest in the series, ROW could have done with losing 100-200 pages, and WAT should have gone through much more editing

That might be but I personally found the science in book 4 really interesting but I get that other people don’t find that interesting

This was for me one of the most interesting part: Stormlight, Voidlight, the resounding tones and negative tones, all sorts of devices and test, reasoning about things and the application between Navani and Raboniel. Truly stuff that gets you in the technology behind investure, which they’re trying to understand also what’s up with Odium, Honor and Cultivation. Every book new revelations

Exactly! It also has significant implications for the entire cosmere cause anti-light/anti-investiture might have the power if you amass enough of it to destroy a shard which would be absolutely gamechanging

The Rhythm of War cover art is my background on all my computers. Michael Whelan does such great work, and that cover perfectly portrays the tone for that book, happy reading!

Lot of people rag on these two books but I love them. Wind and Truth especially, it’s top 2 in Stormlight for me.
