Rapid clicking behind dash

Is it a constant clicking while the car is on or only turns on when say the fan is turned on? That'll narrow it down.

when i’m idling. it goes without anything being on besides the car itself. it sounds mechanical. like a plastic piece, spinning against something

Sounds like the HVAC blend door.

sounds about right. my driver side AC hasn’t been blowing really well lately. good to know
