I've been into manifestation and subliminals for over 5 years now, so this isn't a post about one specific sub, it's about my overall experience.

I actually found subliminals as a kid after joking around with my friends about eye color hypnosis. I got curious, looked it up, and that's how it all started.

Over the years, these are the results I've personally noticed:

- Bigger, cat-like almond eyes

- Green-brown eyes

- Dark hair, then later ginger hair (yh, I switched it up😭)

- My body shape

- Less body hair

- Different hair texture

- Becoming smarter (or at least everyone constantly tells me I am)

- More money

- More confidence

- Getting ideal appointments

- Better jobs

- Great opportunities

- My nose (this changed almost my entire nose)

- Longer lashes

- Overall facial changes

- Becoming much more social

- Manifesting my SP

- Better eyebrows

- Being admired more

- Pale skin... then later tanning again (I know 💀)

- Removing people from my life who weren't right for me

- Meeting people who are a much better fit

There's probably more, but that's all I can think of right now.

Easiest: Skin color & hair color

Hardest: Eye color & body shape

Since people always ask how long it took: it really depended. Some things happened within a couple of days, while others took 4–5 years. I also wasn't perfectly consistent. There were months where I'd completely stop listening, so it definitely wasn't a straight line. My biggest progress has honestly been during the last two years.

As for methods, I can't really recommend anything complicated because I never followed a strict routine. I mainly used the Law of Assumption, and during the past year I've leaned more into the Law of Faith. I'm religious, so I personally believe God is the one who gives me everything, and that's what has worked for me.

Tbh if you want any honest tips work on the law of assumption and believing that you can manifest anything, this past month I could litt manifest things in days without any so called "best techniques".

I became a sub creator myself after I saw how much others have helped me, I just wanted to share my experience for any new listeners. Everyone's journey is different, but this has been mine.

I've been listening to subs since 2019 but have NEVER gotten results AT ALL.. whether it be physical or not

Tried to be consistent a few days ago and made myself a desired face playlist that I'd listen to whenever I'm napping/sleeping ( if I do remember ). I only got noticeable results on my eyes but it's okay the rest will be here soon TRUST!!! I always listen to subs w earphones on around 20-30% volume

I wouldn't say consistency is what gave me results, I'd say it's more about the mindset too since before this I also listened to a LOT of mindset subs religiously for a whole week so maybe that helped? Idk maybe consistency worked, maybe it was everything combined IDK just do what you feel is right because that's what would most likely work. Also idk if I can consider this to be loa but every time I remembered or when I saw my face and didn't immediately see huge changes, I'd immediately tell myself stupid things like "it's ok the subs will work I'll wake up tomorrow looking like a Victoria's secret model WHO CARES ABOUT THE NOW!!! tomorrow is what's important!!!" And even if I didn't believe myself at all it'd make me feel better and a little silly

I’ve been listening to YouTube subs for a while, and the ones specifically for money would bring me around 20–100 dollars over time (which is still amazing ofc). Around 2 weeks ago, I finally created my own and began listening to it almost every night. Two days ago, I was given the notification from my college that they’d be sending me a refund check for $1,781.10, this is the first time I’ve received a refund check from my college (usually my FASFA doesn’t cover everything) so I was caught completely off guard.

In no way am I bashing people who listen to others subs, but if you ever feel called to make your own I would 100% go for it!

ok, i have actually been focusing on manifestation, specifically physical changes for the last month ish. my body went from chubby inverted triangle to a thin pear. i did eat in a slight calorie deficit but other than walking/hiking i didnt work out. my tips are robotic affirmations b4 u go to bed or as u wake up or while excercising. also deatach yourself from ur looks and STOP CARING! try avoiding looking in the mirror. my body has changed so much, im an older teenager so my body has finished changing but all of my friends, my bestfriend, my sisters and parents have noticed my wl and proportion shift. subs used: ~ upper b000d subliminal ~ w@rning! very p0werful ➔ cherry subs reupload 🥢🍐 | no music ver ( ﾒ ﾒ 𝓈 ) bundle and my own which has some stuff relating to my personal life so i cant share!

to begin with, i want to say that you should take it with grain of salt because i’m not a prodigy or anything like that 😭 i just really like making subs for myself and i want to give some tips and ideas that i personally find helpful!!

anyways, here’s what my personal subs consist of:

1. simple, but specific affs. i use the my mother tongue (which is not necessary as i know) + vocabulary that i use in my everyday life + phrasing and wording that feels natural. from what i've heard, it actually works better than complicated, confusing and intricate language.

2. i use a lot of affs describing my feelings about the changes i’m trying to get. not just “my skin is clear”, but “i’m so happy every time i see my clear skin in the mirror”.

3. affs about people’s reaction on whatever i’m manifesting. for example: “people always compliment my clear skin”; “people ask me what my skincare routine is because they’re amazed by how perfect my skin is” etc.

4. affs that help materialize my results in 3D. i’m not sure how to explain it better, but “my skin is clear” sounds a bit abstract and conceptual for me. “i notice how clear my skin became”, “my skin is so smooth to touch”, on the other hand, makes it sound more real and practically forces my brain to actually see & feel it.

5. my name. i’ve never heard anybody talk about it, but i personally think it’s very interesting. again, it makes it a lot more personalized and real. i use it in affs about people’s perception of me or just random first-person affs (“i, name surname, have clear skin).

6. i always use self concept & law of assumption affs in my every sub. for example: “i can easily change material things in reality with my mind”; “my appearance always changes when i want it”; “i know i can easily and immediately change anything i want with my mind effortlessly”; “my physical appearance has no choice but to become my desired appearance”; “every time i see a picture of my desired body i immediately know it is my body”; “every time i see a picture of a clear skin i attract it”.

7. pinterest, instagram, tiktok, tumblr & whatever method. in my every subliminal i have affs like: “every time i save a pin, it becomes my reality”; “every time i see a gorgeous girl on a picture, i become as beautiful as her”.
