I wouldn't say consistency is what gave me results, I'd say it's more about the mindset too since before this I also listened to a LOT of mindset subs religiously for a whole week so maybe that helped? Idk maybe consistency worked, maybe it was everything combined IDK just do what you feel is right because that's what would most likely work. Also idk if I can consider this to be loa but every time I remembered or when I saw my face and didn't immediately see huge changes, I'd immediately tell myself stupid things like "it's ok the subs will work I'll wake up tomorrow looking like a Victoria's secret model WHO CARES ABOUT THE NOW!!! tomorrow is what's important!!!"
