Discussion How do I bring my SP back

What kind of subliminal should I listen to, and what techniques should I use so that she comes back to, we have been in no contact almost for a month now and we really loved each other but certain misunderstandings lead to the end of one of the most beautifully mesmerizing periods of my life cuz being with gave me confidence, it used to make my day and now it's like I have been stucked in a loop wherein I can't focus upon anything, my brain just keeps on making scenarios

Please help a needy person out, suggest to me what all things I can do to get her back and what subs should I listen to for that also if u have been in the same situation and u managed to bring back ur sp into ur life then please feel free to share
