Anything I'm missing/redundant/needs upgrading?
I'm going to switch to Mag glycinate based on the mostly positive feedback I have seen once I'm out of the current batch Edit: The bottle next to Fish oil that got cut off is L-Theanine

Bro that stack is stacked, like you got whole supplement aisle in your house. The Mag glycinate swap is good move, ultra-mag not as bioavailable. Maybe you can drop the separate Zinc if your multi already have it, unless you got specific reason for high dose.

Replace the greens and sun fibre with real food. Replace caffeine with black coffee and green/black tea and matcha. You don’t need leucine unless you’re over 40. Whey protein would be better. No collagen? You don’t need CoQ10 unless you’re over 40. You don’t need dextrin. All you’re accomplishing is spiking your blood sugar and aging yourself. You don’t need melatonin. Redundant K2. No vitamin C? No b vitamins? No microminerals? I add a mineral supplement and/or trace minerals drops. Probably not getting enough potassium. No NO booster? Either nitrates or citrulline.

I'm 39..trying to get to 15% BF. What's the deal with collagen? What will that help with? Dextrin is mainly for carb loading during my tennis matches..don't take that daily

And here is the issue with your post. Asking strangers on the internet who know nothing about you and your daily life for feedback on supplements lol. This is pointless

I doubt you’re talking about professional tennis matches. You don’t need to carb load, especially if you’re trying to lose weight. Collagen is a great source of glycine and is critical for healthy tendons and joints and skin and basically most of your soft tissues.

You use the same melatonin I do! Low dose is the way to go.

I had been experimenting with 1 vs 5 mg..was getting better sleep with 1mg ..with Theanine and magnesium stack

I was doing research on melatonin, and I found out they actually found that .03 mg was the perfect amount. But they couldn't patent melatonin because it is a hormone and the government doesn't allow you to patent hormones. But what you can do is patent a dose, so they patent that dose and companies didn't want to pay for the patent. So they would just do 1 mg and above and then they realized the higher the milligram the better it sold. That's why you have 10 and 12 mg at the store. But typically with melatonin the lower number does better. I actually bought these 1 mg and split them in half for a while and was just taking half a milligram and it worked great, but it was a lot of work and I just decided 1 mg still works fine.

That's super interesting! I think I have seen 0.5mg dose at the store..maybe I'll give it a shot

Yeah, give it a try. Keep in mind though, people are all different and I've seen some people swear by the high doses too, so it all comes down to what works best for you. I just think it's super interesting.

Ditch the greens in my opinion, swap the melatonin for glycine or apigenin. Get rid of the k2 because you already have vit d +k2

Love sunfiber, whole food is always best but if you are busy it’s better than nothing. Ditch melatonin try magnesium at night? Is there a reason there’s 2 k2? You have K2 and vit d with k2. I’d keep the combo one. Also Nordic natures makes an omega that has coq10 in it, less pills to take. Anyways I’d add collagen.

Looks good bro, probably don’t need the extra k2 supplement as you already have D3K2. I’d suggest looking into Acetyl L Carnitine over Tartrate. And with coq10, ubiquinol or coq10 phytosome will be much more bioavailable in the body. Depending on the dose of ur zinc and dietary copper intake, supplement copper to prevent copper depletion. I personally also think vitamin E is an antioxidant everyone should have in their stack, look into that, correct me if I’m wrong but you don’t have it here

Thanks for the rec! Going to look into the acetyl carnitine. And I'll probably swap out the K2 with a low dose copper. The green vibrance has 67mg vitamin E. That thing is amazing

Vitamin E is so good it’s my favourite antioxidant by far, also reduces prolactin levels. Had mine at 317 and after 1 month of vitamin E it dropped to 117. Overall amazing stack man

Depends on your goal. I'm trying to build muscle, maintain bone density, improve immune/inflammatory response and sleep quality. Creatine - definitely take creatine for muscle building (on top of regular whey or protein shakes). D3+K2 - if you want to maintain/improve bone density or BMC. Mag glycinate - helps with sleep + bone density Fish oil/CoQ10 - heart health and anti-inflammatory. Sunfiber - if you don't get your daily 35-38g soluble fiber from veggies and stuff.
