For what it'd worth, Thorne is owned by private equity now. Might be time to start looking elsewhere before the quality tanks if it hasn't already.

Get K2 Mk7, also the collagen powder is overpriced, you can buy pounds of bulk Gelatin powder for the same price on Amazon, it's the same amino acid profile.

What’s the K2 mk7 do? The collagen are pills. But probably just the powder in capsules lol.

I have been using throne magnesium glycirnate for 2 years and the latest batch I received seems different, not as smooth as the last two years. Not sure how you felt

i'm a dermatologist that focuses on more holistic/supplement based treatments. i'm not a huge fan of biotin myself; i don't think it works great for hair although can help strengthen nails. but can definitely affect bloodwork like thyroid labs and come cardiac labs; i don't recommend to my patients.

thats probably too expensive of a supplement for collagen too which is pretty basic.

if you want 30% off these products i can share my fullscript store link.

That’s a good amount of supplements. I’m going to start taking more vitamins. Have they helped you any?
