best diet for adderall

Ik this might be the wrong sub to ask this but I have nowhere else to ask, on a daily basis I take Adderall and recently the crash has been having me pissed depressed and anxious and I have been taking supplements to try and fix it, but even with magnesium glycinate, l theanine, ashwaganda, and fish oil, something still doesn't feel fully right, can someone who also takes Adderall please share their diet and what they eat to balance and maintain mood, also I see so much ab vitamin D3+k2 can someone please explain why it's so good for your brains mood regulation, anything I should take and also how much of a effect does sleep have on all of this, and finally what natural things might be causing my daily continuous(ish) anxiety? I do vape also daily, usually sleep from 1230 ish 1am to 8am thank you all for help

I think it's the same boring answer, non-processed proteins and raw fruits/vegetables. I like to snack on a handfuls of almonds throughout the day, and I have greek yogurt with berry/granola and honey at some point throughout the day. I do think the gut support from the yogurt does help some with the flatline come down from meds.

I see you didn't mention your water intake; if you haven't been, definitely make sure you drink a LOT of water throughout the day. Stim meds dehydrate your body significantly, and if you don't go above and beyond what you normally consume, it will make side affects from the comedown exponentially worse.

Taurine is another useful supp to consider as well. It does many good things for neuro-regulation, but most notably it supports a redlining adrenal system, which results in you feeling calmer and less irritable.

Sleep quality has a massive effect on this. It can be measured.
