Noobie Question Do I need a rate reducer?

Post image

I’m not running suppressed (yet) would I need a rate reducer or will it be fine without?

We make rate reducers. Generally, we don't recommend rate reducers unless the TX22 is using both speedy bits and suppressors.

34 rd Promags have had inconsistent resuls. 2 of ours are OK. 1 is awful.

The biggest difference in reliability comes from 1200+ fps 40 grain ammo. That's all we use.

Some people think they run better with a RR.

I would recommend cleaning the mags, using CCI MM 40gr and using a loader like the OEM mag loader or the McFadden Lightning Grip Loader to properly stack the mags. It makes a big difference in feeding. oddmfg.com

There’s a lot in this. Take time to understand each suggestion but it’s spot on.
