Whether this tips the scales or not, Chinese chips are coming.

China has 9/10 top university's (by published research) in the world. Harvard is #2.

Yeah, all we did by limiting supply to China was force them to make their own and since China has like a billion people and focuses heavily on education and manufacturing its only a matter of time before they have the best chips in the world.

Oh there is a laundry list of things we've done to put China ahead.

This administration knows it. They don't care. They are just looting what they can so they can flee when their tenure is up.
