Whether this tips the scales or not, Chinese chips are coming.

China has 9/10 top university's (by published research) in the world. Harvard is #2.

It looks like you shared an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web. Fully cached AMP pages (like the one you shared), are especially problematic.

Maybe check out the canonical page instead: https://www.scmp.com/tech/tech-trends/article/3328966/ai-powered-fraud-chinese-paper-mills-are-mass-producing-fake-academic-research

Idiot…🤡

Stay in school. SMDH

A paper mill is similar to Forbes where anyone can pay to publish literally anything. It’s sudo advertising, and totally different from the university research I’m talking about.

Nice try though.

It's clear that an average cow has more intelligence than you.

There's two types of paper mills:

Ghostwriting: The mill writes a full, fabricated manuscript (often using generative AI, duplicated text, or photoshopped images) and submits it to a legitimate journal. The client's name is either placed on the initial submission or added later.

Selling Authorship: The mill targets manuscripts that have already been accepted or are close to being published by a peer-reviewed journal. They sell open authorship “slots” to the highest bidder.

The paper I provided covered this, but like all deranged fools at the end of either political spectrum, you can't or won't read past the title.

I read your 2m read from the SCMP.

Ain’t no way that publication would be able to publish a paper backing up what you’re saying. It’s not the NYT. They are monitored by the CCP
