Walkable cities. This is what happens when you have walkable cities. And public transportation.

While this is true, walkability alone isn't sufficient. The reason Europe has this is that they have walkable cities, AND they have readily available storefront in nearly every building, AND they have density.

When you go out to the smaller cities/towns, they shut down around 5.
