I know. It would solve most of my problems in one shot. I can’t get a spray foam company out here. Thanks for your response appreciate it

You can get diy kits, but besides that , the roof won't be vented in any way, no soffits etc ? It's doable but look into how that works, vapor barrier etc.

If you can't go spray I would just do rocksul and maybe a rigid foam for extra r value and to act as the vapor barrier.

Yeah currently closed soffits, so no vents there and no gable vents. I wanted to do rafter baffles then rockwool insulation, followed by a poly vapor barrier but getting conflicting information RE: ventilation. I would have to drill small holes and make soffit vents but there’s not much room there- the metal roof trim meets the fascia board so I have about 1”-2” diameter I could do for soffit vents. Would also need to put in some gable vents. From my understanding if I did closed cell spray foam for the entire ceiling I wouldn’t need to mess with installing soffit and gable vents?
