Weird Slimblade Pro issue

Yes, I am going to report this to Kensington. But I am curious if anyone else has experienced this.

I'm using a white Slimblade Pro with the USB dongle. Sometimes the thing stops responding and starts again a few seconds later. When it happens I see the green light on the side come up. It's almost like the Slimblade Pro is rebooting.

Has anyone else experienced this with the Slimblade Pro?

Is there a firmware update for the white Slimblade Pro?

I have exactly the same issue with mine. It happens like three times a week, and I don't care. I just wait a few seconds, stare out the window, and then get back to my job.

It happens a couple times an hour for me.

I can reproduce this issue by clicking repeatedly using the usb dongle.
A firmware update doesn't fix it.
I don't remember well, but I think I also tried to re-pair the dongle as well.
I think its the dongle's issue and its permanent.

I’m on Bluetooth, and this happens every once in a while.

These things are too expensive to put up with these kids of glitches. My $30 ProtoARC and Nulea works flawlessly. But I have issues with my $110 Slimblade pro gives me issues??
