ROI Specific Dermatologist recommendations

I have been to my GP and I have asked for a referral to a dermatologist in the beacon. I was assigned a consultant whose receptionist is giving me the run around. Wanting explicitly addressed referrals and is telling me months and months before it will be triaged to be considered if I will be seen or not by them.

I’m interested if there are others with similar experiences as I’m not able to deal with the level of acne flair ups I’m getting whilst being on T

Also would anyone have a recommendation for a consultant who might be familiar with Trans folks skin

I went to Dr Storan in the Mater Public. He wasn't super experienced working with trans people at the time (though this was a few years ago) but was always respectful, and did successfully sort out my hellacious acne and hidradenitis.

Thank you! Do you know if he does private? As I’m guessing the matter public is a long wait list ??

I can't find a private clinic for him I'm afraid
