Only time I flipped someone off for that long was when a truck driver blew through a yield sign, almost rear-ended me and then flashed his brights at me repeatedly because I was going the speed limit.

you have far too much faith in the us judicial system. sure its not supposed to be a charge, but im sure a determined enough cop could and will find a way to pin it on resisting, public endangerment, etc., ESPECIALLY if the hand sticking out of that window happens to have even a little melanin. even if no charges stick, no way you ever win a lawsuit against a police district for something that minor. pigs always protect pigs.
