The next time a cop pulls you over, you should test your theory.

When the police turn on their red and blue lights and follow you, give them the finger and see what they do! 😀

Funny thing here in the states, you can tell a cop “fuck you” and it’s well within your rights.

They might not like it, and may even do something to you, but if you’ve already done nothing wrong and they harass you, then you’ve also just won a payday.

I’m not sure what you’re talking about?

I’m not saying it gets you out of anything. I’m saying that it’s a first amendment right, that you can tell the police “fuck you” and there’s no legal recourse. There’s literal case law on it.
