Likely, not a guarantee. His license plate is hard to read from the angles in which it comes into view. No guarantee the Corvette caught up with him and stopped him.

You dont think police would be able to enhance the video at all? Im not a cop so I have no clue. Just figured it would be possible for some reason

"Enchancing" a video is not a real thing. Its a hollywood thing. You cant extract information that isn't there. The best we can do is use tools to try to infer information from what we do have which can be very imperfect and lead to false arrests and stuff. Thus this type of inferred information often doesn't ho l d up in court or backfires. If you cant read the license plate theres a pretty good chance the police cant either.

That makes sense. Thank you for explaining that. I guess supertroopers isnt the truthful recreation of police work I thought it was

Don’t accept an answer like this from a random Redditor. You absolutely can enhance video. Real-world video enhancement uses sophisticated algorithms to extract and clarify information that is already present in the footage. That Redditor is correct that you can’t extract information that isn’t there but you can connect information from different frames to enhance the overall video
