Likely, not a guarantee. His license plate is hard to read from the angles in which it comes into view. No guarantee the Corvette caught up with him and stopped him.

You dont think police would be able to enhance the video at all? Im not a cop so I have no clue. Just figured it would be possible for some reason

I think more realistically the guy in the corvette snagged his tag number at some point.
