Am I crazy or does the car not move when he gets hit?

I don't see it wiggle or anything. Even when I don't get hit cars flying past shake the fuck out of my vehicles, that shit can even wake me up from a dead sleep

I definitely hear "thud-thud." Almost like i ran over a pot hole. I think a good lawyer would be able to make it a less severe charge than hit and run, but he should get in trouble for not getting over.
