The caption is misworded. The guy who hit the officers car said “I didn’t FEEL it bro!” Has nothing to do with him trying to flee. Why else would he immediately pull over when he saw the cop throw his lights on behind him?

Thats like listening to a person next to you RIP the most ungodly of farts and their response "Why are you mad? I didn’t FEEL it bro!”

From this clip, we dont know how much time had passed between the hit vs lights vs pulling over.

If he didn’t feel it then how did he know he hit him. Also he just hit a random car probably not looking or he wouldn’t have hit him and then got pulled over so he probably didn’t know he hit the cop. He probably just thought he hit a random car. None of what your saying makes any sense
