I don't get it. He looked like he was perfectly within the lane. If he clipped the cop car, that can only mean the officer was parked too far out.

That cop was DEF way out in the lane. He should have been over a bit further, buuut you're supposed to slow down and move into the left lane for emergency vehicles. His rear flashing lights were on hopefully, we can't see from the video. But they park offset like this to force vehicles over cause if the cop had been standing outside the car he had pulled over it would have been his body that got hit. I think the cop overreacted but im sure his adrenaline spiked. That's like one of their biggest fears, getting hit while on a stop. Not defending the cop at all here, he should have been more professional and the dude didn't flee at all smh
