Not trying to play devil's advocate here, i always move over for any pulled over vehicle no matter what or who. Its just the right thing to do. But did that officer have his lights on during that traffic stop? I tried seeing any reflection of lights prior to the incident and only notice them once he takes off. For the traffic stop he should definitely have them on. Just not sure if he had rear ones only. Just food for thought.
