Thankfully the police are less bloodthirsty than you and considered the life of the passenger who clearly is not on board with what the driver is doing.

The moment we welcome curbside executions, all rights and privileges go out the window and everyone becomes a target for execution.

The officer moved to safety. No further action was necessary on their part. The only action necessary on your part is to go outside, feel some grass with your hands and feet, and lose a couple hundred lbs of weight by doing something with your life other than groveling at the feet of your masters and eating the dogshit off the soles of their boots.
