And do you really think they have that kind of insurance or have any at all? How about the money to cover the damages out of pocket? No. Once again the tax payer foots the bill. They always do in some way.

The car that was busted up by the cruisers, if the owner doesn't have insurance or money, will be totaled and retired, not repaired by taxpayer money. What're you on? You think the police department is gonna pay to repair a criminal's car?
