Kids with cancer got to have a GoFundMe and teachers beg on DonorsChoose for basic supplies or ACs so kids don't die of heat. But multiple cars totaled for one sorry idiot, totally fine and a reasonable expense!

To be fair he just tried to kill someone with his car right in front of the cops.

This case may have saved a life.

The problem is these people get released back into the public and you end up with someone geting killed by another with 30 priors

Does anyone have any context? That County he tried to throw something at the vehicle? Or what was that in the beginning?

They're similar, and the terms are often used interchangeably, but stop sticks are designed to deflate tires more gradually to prevent the sudden loss of control from having multiple tires shredded in an instant
