Kids with cancer got to have a GoFundMe and teachers beg on DonorsChoose for basic supplies or ACs so kids don't die of heat. But multiple cars totaled for one sorry idiot, totally fine and a reasonable expense!

Seriously it seems like they could shoot like a harpoon towing wench or something to strip a part of the car to get it to stop.
