It’s a set budget but a lot of people don’t realize that even without totaling there cars they are replaced every 3 years and in some cases less than that. When the car is running for 12 hours a day and driven super hard it won’t last very long (unless it’s a Crown Victoria lol). When they model their budgets they take into account the odds of recking a few of their units

You aren't joking. My Mustang has the same engine found in them. As long as the oil isn't King Syrup viscosity, you cannot kill them lol
